Re: To boot or not to boot

I bought a soft boot from Thunderbird concepts and am pleased with it. It's easy to install, remove and store. It folds nice and flat and hardly takes up any space in the trunk. It also looks better than OEM.

Yes, you can safely stow the boot in the top well. Just pack it in carefully. Also, it fits snugly in the compartment in the back of the trunk, if you don't mind sacrificing that space when your trunk is full. Otherwise, leave it at home.
      Happy travelling.

My sentiments excactly. And, use the 2002 boot for a car show.

We bought a second boot for our 02 that folds more compactly. Kept the original issue though.

Hey don't worry about trunk space, get those luggage racks on and don't worry about it, they look great too. Leroy
