Recently I removed my hard top and spent some time cleaning and detailing my car as usual. Yesterday my Wife and I left early to go to a funeral out of town and arrived early so we had time to have some coffee at a near by cafe. As we got out of the car, two men walking out stopped to look at my car and one told me that it was " Truely Elegant " he said it was the first time he had ever seen a Black one. Leroy

Perhaps, Martin. But, you get the point.
If white is the absence of all color, then black would be the presence of ALL color. And that would explain why T Birders with BLACK cars are so into it - - - they can't decide, so they bought ALL the colors. Or, some other stupid explanation like that.

I work for a printing company and have taken courses on color. I had a hard time wrapping my brain around that years ago, but it really is true. Black is the absence of all color. White is the presence of all color. Here are a couple of illustrations.Originally posted by snowbird View Post
