I'm good with either place & I should be around 4-5. There's an outlet mall in Fremont and it has a Coach outlet - so I may need to swing by there first.

Thank goodness Sharon retired yesterday 6/18 so no more paychecks and no more malls.

Yesterday as I entered New Mexico, I hit a piece of truck tire. It broke the piece of of plastic in front of car, which looks like I will half to replace the whole front end. First time anything like this has happened to me on a trip. Everybody be careful.

All of this rain had better stop! We have been getting pounded for days now. Still forecasting rain for tomorrow. It's been hovering over this area, but moves east - so I hope that it breaks apart before we all head out.

The Bird is loaded and ready to go for tomorrow morning. GPS SAYS IT'S ABOUT A 19 HOUR DRIVE to Fremont. We are planning to get a little over half way before stopping the first night. We'll see you guys in the late afternoon on Wed. for the second leg of the trip.

I am at Paul's house, they had to go to a church board meeting, We will be leaving in the morning and will be in St.Louis tomorrow night. See everyone Wednesday afternoon

We'll leave here about 8:45am - should put us at the meeting point by Joplin about 10:30-10:45am.

Just finished our first leg of this trip. We (I) drove 12 hours today and we made it as far as Murfreesboro Tn. Staying at a nice Double Tree tonight. I think we have about a 7 hour drive tomorrow to arrive and meet up with the rest of you in Fremont. Time to lay back in front of the TV for now.

and Michael at Effingham, Illinois around 11:30,
then on to Fremont.
