TBC SS door sills - like them?

I bought some SS door sills from TBC. Not sure if I like them. Anybody have them? Do you like them?

The only relevant question is: do you like them on your car? If so, other opinions don't much matter. Yes, I know you asked for opinions, so I'll give you mine. I am a purist. I don't like aftermarket items, especially chrome ones. The one exception is the chrome hood scoop, because it is a Ford part.

So, if Ford sold more chrome parts like door sills and taillight covers they would be ok?

Don't have 'em, but I'm with Jerry's opinion. I'm a real puritan when it comes to cars. But if by "door sill" you mean the sort of "running-board" which is black plastic with aluminum Ford logo, I like what I have. Sure hope you like the "upgraded" ones that you're looking for Roger.

I've had the ones that expose the TBird on the door plate and like them...It's individual taste.

Roger, I installed a smaller chrome insert, to me it adds just a tad bit of brite to the car (see gallery)

If you're not sure, you don't like them & that's all that matters. Send them back for a refund.
