    Re: Interesting Price Info

I have been in the car hobby for more than 50 years. I am very familiar with bot the first and last birds. Many things will effect the mindset of futire buyers, but one thing that has remanined cinsistant is eye appeal. I f a cor was an attention getter new it will always be. The best return I have seen is a car that is well enjoyed like a car should be and well cared for with documentation. Personally I prefer a well preserved over a restored. A 20 plus year old car with 5 or 10 K miles is a never ending nightmaire for future owner. A well cared for 20 year old with a 100K miles can be a dream car for that much longer.

      Re: Interesting Price Info

Mileage today vs. mileage back then.......
This is where the apples and oranges really differ. Most of my life cars with over 60 or sixty thousand miles were considered nearly wore out. That is not true now. Even Detroit has gotten on the quality band wagon and in my opinion Ford has led the way.
I think the well cared for birds have pretty much bottomed out in price no matter the miles There will always be a range in price on variables
