The last time I had the Bird in for service the Service Manage put a tag on my key ring and told me I was an member of thier new Owner Advantage Rewards program. He said I would get discounts and credits on service and parts. I didn't pay much attention to it till I got a notice in the mail asking me to go to thier web site and enroll at fordowner.com. So I did, and it's pretty cool. You can get service coupons, schedule service appointments, view your cars service history, check your warranty, purchase a warranty, and I thought this was pretty cool, view your Owner's Manual and Vidios on your vehicles features. The only problem I have with it so far is they show my car being out of warranty, they don't show my ESP extention. They do show that I have $12.19 in rewards. Leroy

I have the same thing with the dealer I use. I can get the 5th oil change for free and I can use this on both the T-Bird and the 500.

Same with us...have had it for a couple of years and already have used it several times for free service...IMO, it's a win/win!

I was entered into this in 2007, one caveat, the reward $$ are only valid at the issuing dealer.

When I moved to UT in 2008, i had to use my rewards by ordering parts from the dealer in MO over the phone, i think i have about $18 left on a $350 "reward" that the dealer gave me for over torquing the lugs on our focus (which subsequently broke in NY @ 65mph, almost losing a wheel, literally 1 lug holding it on, and it started shaking like a banshee, all we heard was POP! [couple seconds, while slowing down] POP! [ few seconds, trying to get to right shoulder] POP! wobble shake shimmy, stop.

From the ford perspective though, its a nice perk for going to a quality dealer.

We've had ours for quite some time...and it's come in handy as many times as the Shelby's been in for service!

We got our Bird in Fall of 2007 and started in this program. Have gotten my free oil change AND used reward points to get a new battery this spring. Of course got a lot of points from buying tires from them. They matched the best deal I could find in the area..
