    Nicky:

    Don't hold your breath. It will probably be another "Dan Tanner" red-colored Bird...this time a retro. Red and malibu blue seems to work well on TV for the star's car. Besides... there's soooooo many red retros out there that finding several (one used for all the chase scenes) would be easy. Try to find several of Columbo's convertible Peugot (even when they were in production).

    Of course, when the red retro is driven off the cliff, even the cashmere owners will shed a tear.

      If anyone can come up with vin# on that 2002, I'd like to know.
      You can see a picture of it on the Auburn Museum's website along with the 1956 they have:

      It looks to be a black with red accent interior.
