Good story in the local paper (Kansas City Star) over the weekend about Ford president, Alan Mulally.

A little side note/personal story -
We stopped in our local dealership about a year ago and saw a Ford rep doing what appeared to be a training session with their sales staff. He was describing the technical details of the headlights on the new Taurus (it had just hit that dealership's showroom floor).
As we talked with one of the dealership owners, he asked if we recognized the "trainer". It was Mulally and he just stopped by (I believe unannounced) on his way from Kansas University (his alma mater) to the KC airport. I was impressed with his knowledge and presentation of just a common part of the new car. He's done an impressive job with the company.
