SPARE TIRE REPLACEMENT SOURCE
Hello All: After weeks of reading about everyones emails about the replacement of our spare tires I have found how this can be followed up.
Pat Kelly at Team Ford in Las Vegas went to work on this project, and the following information will be of benefit to anyone wishing to buy a new spare.
The information has been confirmed by Dot, so we know it to be correct.
Our spare size is: T185/60R17, Pat can now obtain this tire, on the 02 Bird it was a Firestone tire and the 03-05 it wa a Maxxis brand, that is what Pat will replace it with:
