When I lived in Florida, I never had any problems with my bird. Now that my bird is in the cold climate, it all of a sudden idles very rough when cold. Anyone got any ideas on this one? Yes I know, It's telling me to move back to Florida, LOL.

Re: Idle Very Rough
Hi Ken
Everything being constant EXCEPT for climate & location & a different fuel source, you might want to put a gaso' additive in your tank - the kind that puts water in suspension and lets it be burned off in the combustion chamber. Also try changing the fuel filter. Try buying your fuel at a different station. Proper Air/Fuel ratio + a clean system + clean/quality fuel ='s smooth idle.INTEGRITY:

Re: Idle Very Rough
Could be since you moved to a cold climate the gasoline has different additives your car is not used to. Around here the suppliers use an additive from November through April "to help reduce emissions" try Chevron "Techron" fuel system treatment...works very well."Probably good enough, isn't"

Re: Idle Very Rough
Click and Clack had a similar stump the chumps this weekend with a gal from Denver who got worse mileage in Los Angeles. They had no answer except traffic. I'm thinking gasoline with BWlewis for both problems. LA gas is more expensive then the rest of the U.S. because of the strange magic formulations to make our famous fresh air.
