  • Passenger side power window problem

Sometimes I have a problem lowering the passenger side window from the driver side control. The driver side window control works ok, Sometime the window control on the driver side will lower the passenger side window and sometimes it will not, however it will always raise the passenger side window regardless if the window was lowered from the driver control or the passenger window control.

WHAT DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEMS IS ?

and would this be covered by my extended warrenty ?

    Thanks.

    Happy Trails

i concur with the dirty contacts on the switch.

In all likelyhood you will find that your extended warranty if for power train issues but it won't hurt to ask the question. What can they say NO?

With the old T-birds you would just take the switch out clean the contacts and put it back in.........everything today is sealed. Besides how expensive could a new switch be?

It could be a late Christmas present to your Retro!

Drive it like you stole it !!!
