Has anyone looked into or tried the new brake caliper covers by MGP that Aaron is offering on his site? I painted mine black (a pain) but they don't really show well, red or silver might look better for the black bird.
I got a Red set for Christmas from Jeannie. I'll put them on this week and post pictures. They should look GREAT!

David,
Are your covers from Aaron or are they Ford's Official merchandise? Aaron's have a series of faux hex heads arched around the edge. The official Ford merchandise shown in this thread are void of the hex heads. (see two versions below)

Diana got me a set of the red ones from Aron and they don't have the hex heads marked on them at all. I'm hoping to install them sometime in the next two weeks.

I don't understand why Aaron would picture a design that he is not offering. There is a dramatic difference between the two offerings.
but I have found the hex model at http://www.carid.com/2003-ford-thund...gp-104052.html for $189.
Mine are without the hex head. Interesting that the hex head set are labeled 2003. Is there something different from 2002? frankly, I like the plame ones better ... the hex head set looks too "busy".

OK, here are pictures of the installation of my covers.
This is the rear. The clips just slide ofer the calipers and then the covers go on. Tighten down the nut and it's done. Take about 5 minutes per wheel.

BTW, it cost me $5.00 per wheel to have it done. I checked the tie-rods and rear-end and found that I need a right side tie-rod and some rear bushings. I had a little shake in the steering and found that right side problem. The car has 95000 miles on it.
