On CNN or Fox this AM (1/27/2011), coverage of snowfall and video of cars stuck in traffic was red retro bird, spinning its wheels on side of road.
Was not able to find link for replay on websites.
We had about 15" here in NJ from that storm. It's our 6th since Christmas and I'm running out of places to pile the snow. God bless the inventor of the snow blower. The plow just came through making a single path down the middle of the street. Once they return to widen things up I'll finish the end of my driveway.
I can park seven cars in my driveway, but I'm limited as to where I can put the snow. The piles are getting up to about 6 feet high.
Don't have a snowblower; I still shovel.
Unless we have a warm up, this is probably the last big snow that I'll be able to shovel the whole driveway. If we get another big storm, I'll clear a path for my LS and 94 TBird, but the retro and 64 Galaxie will be indoors until nature takes her course.

Gene, you could fill up the trunk on the '75. That should hold a fair bit. then you could mention on the other post how much power it has.

Better get ready for some flooding this spring when things warm up.
I was in that traffic for 3 hours yesterday but thankfully not in the t-bird.
I took Metro and was home in my as usual 45 minutes. Red line was typical SNAFU, but nothing major and, even better, my employer pays for it. As much as I dislike Metro, it sure beats dealing with the riff-raff on the streets - especially on days like yesterday.
Funny, I bet we'll be in "drought watch" by late August.
I have lived in this house since 1980, and while we've had winters with more inches of snow, I've never seen the snow piled up along my driveway like today.
Too many big storms, too quick, and without any melting time in between.

Don't look now, Jerry, but we may have another big one next week. The plow came through yesterday and left a mountain at the end of my driveway. This of course was not his fault as all that snow had to go somewhere. Enough already!
I feel for all you northerners, it looks like another brutal snowy winter.
I threw my old snow shovel in the trash last March! It was a good decision, I haven't seen any snow here in FL yet. Heck, I haven't even raked any leaves either. I like it here!
