I decided to go the simple route. I went to WalMart and got a black shower curtain for $9. Not elegant but it works.

And if you have to crawl under the Bird with clean clothes on you can put it on the ground.

We went with the Weathertek .. and it is a pretty awkward fit with all of the irregular features of the t-bird trunk. Not sure I would do it again - I'll probably end up trimming more of it over time.
