A good friend recently moved back to England and brought his left hand drive BMW 3-series he bought in NL. No problem, the only requirement is he had to change the speedometer to miles and the headlights to UK specs. Cost him $350.
Since all T-birds came with either Miles over KM or vice versa I guess this is ok for UK.
