Just curious how long did you have to wait for your PCM? Any explanations
from your dealer on the wait?
I continued writing to the Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center and after six weeks finally got my part. I do not know which contact worked the best but now I have every customer service department writing me....I called, I tweeted, I e-mailed...just a blitz of queries? What is wrong with Ford!. Still did not like the service at the dealership, no explanation, no apology, nothing, just here's your hat, what's your hurry...so I took my bird and scampered away..
