I will definitely check out the Heartland forum, and I would love to attend an event one of these days! Unfortunately we won't be able to attend the upcoming Texas event, since we just took a week off to pick up the car in North Carolina. We would for sure attend any event held closer, such as NW Arkansas or SW Missouri. I read where someone mentioned Branson, we are near Branson and would love to meet up with some of you there if that should come about.
Our 007 Thunderbird is number 627/700. We have had alot of rain and storms here in our area since we got home with the T-Bird, so I have not been able to drive it as much as I'd like. It is still "like new" and spotless, so as of now it only leaves the garage when the sun is shining!! :-)
Thanks again to all of you, my husband and I look forward to getting to know you guys and hopefully meeting some of you in the future.

Happy Easter to everyone!
Tammy: " OUR 007 " (as above) is what we used for our 007 licence plate. Also, according to my T'bird listing, your Bird was up in Ft. McMurry / Edmonton area back in 2005. You probably already knew that. Enjoy the ride.
I remember when they were introduced as I drove by the plant where they were made and saying "Someday I am going to get me a t-bird!" Years later, I bought our bird, and Now I drive by the CLOSED DOWN plant where they were made. It is really sad but at least we have the awesome fruit of that plant and will never sell it! My wife and I absolutely love the car, and so will you. Congrats on your fine purchase and way to buy it from a "Nester". We met some of the coolest people at the 55th year reunion last summer...
