Does anybody know what the e-mail address is for LOU MARTUN for Ford's extended warranty. I found a e-mail address for him which is: Imartuneac@gjovikford.com BUT it is no good. I sent my e-mail message twice to that address, and it was rejected and not sent by the e-mail delivery service, and returned, as no such e-mail exists. I also called his office at (630) 925-7590 and he was not there. I'm trying to get my extended warranty renewed, as it is about ready to expire..........Please help me and thank you.

I sure did leave a message, but that has been about 6 hours ago, in my Eastern EDT time. It is now 2:30 P.M. and no reply........

Charlie: Thank you very much for that number of the dealership itself. I got the dealership operator, asked for Lou, which he just happens to have today off. He will be there tomorrow on Saturday. Concerning his e-mail address, the operator gave me his exact e-mail address, which has been sent, and NOT rejected and returned. I will now give anyone and anybody the exact e-mail address in capital letters. Small letters work also.

George: You are correct on what you said. I got a reply today from Lou (Saturday) on my e-mail, and all he had to say, was to contact him by phone on any Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday. He stated it's best to talk direct, rather than through e-mails. So.....I'll be calling him either next Tues-Wed-or Thurs. Thanks for your info.........

Yes much better to talk to him direct than email because Lou wants to make certain you are clear & understand all there is to know. if not you have his immediate attention to ask your questions instead of back-n-forth emails.
And he loves to talk to fellow T-Bird owners.

Yes - Lou said in his reply to my e-mail that if the warranty expires before it's renewed, it will require an inspection.

Done deal. Lou was quite helpful and Goldi is taken care of. Moondoggie will be next February.
