First, thank's for the birthday wishes for Friday. It helped cheer up what had been a bad week.

Jeanie got in a wreck on Monday when a big truck tried to cross three lanes of traffic and she stuck the nose of the Bird under the truck. Seems to be only cosmetic damage and the estimate came in today. Car will will be back on the road next week-end no doubt with the top down again.

OH, and most importantly, Jeanie is fine. Air bags didn't deploy and she was only a bit stiff for two days. Lucky. Not quite how we wanted to celebrate my birthday and Mothers Day, but I'll take her being ok as a blessing and we'll move forward.

Will need to be ordering a replacement TBN bade for the grill. Can't really ride around without that now can we!

Glad to hear she is OK. Birds can be fixed (or replaced if necessary), but lives are priceless.

Car is supposed to be ready this Friday, good thing that is after Thursday showers we get here are "supposed" to be over. Price for the repairs, $6,475.00, rental car for the week an a half $530.00, Jeanie being OK...............PRICELESS!http://www.thunderbirdnest.com/forum...ilies/love.gif
