    Friday , the 13th

    There has been a steady stream of motorcycles today and yesterday heading for Port Dover. This happens everytime it happens to be Friday the 13th. (Only once this year). There are litterally hundreds of them in small groups to large groups. (Listen to the rumble and the roar).

    FYI. Port Dover is a small summer town on the north shore of Lake Erie up here in Southern Ontario.


    So, took of our hardtop on the 007 and just joined in for a small portion. Just a beautiful day and the first time for top down this year. Cruising weather is here folks.

      Martin, good thing you took advantage of it, yesterday is the one and ONLY Friday the 13th for this year? That and the fact the nice, top down, cruising weather (here anyways) seems to have been just a tease. Back to rain and cooler temperatures for the rest of the week.

          Don't think there will be too many bikers out for that one John. Heard on the news this morning that there were over 15,000 bikes there over the day and probably another 10,000 spectators. They say the beer tent did quite well.
          Went into Port Dover last year for one of their Friday the 13th event and thought it was a great place to stay away from.

          Only saw one 'retro bird' out on the road and I was driving it.
