  • YellowBird gets a bit more Bling

It's always a bit scary when Anne goes to work and Mark stays home. The YellowBird was all mine today, so the BlingFactor came about. I ordered an extra Urban Metal dash kit from Aaron/TB Concepts a short while ago and today was the day to do the install. On top of that, I surprised Anne with a set of chrome door handles. I was playing with fire when she got home. She knew something was strange when noticing the YellowBird was in the Nest and BlingBird was enduring the rare Ottawa sunshine outside.

Anne then looked inside the YellowBird and her eyes popped. The urban metal dash and the chrome handles were a complete success and she quickly said "What's next to Bling? I never knew that the "stock car" would slowly morph to a BlingMobile. Stay tuned.

    Mark,
All of the new Blings look good to me. One needs to put their own touch on.
    Keep Blinging....

Excellent, thinking I should park my bird in your driveway for awhile (smile). Nice neat job!

          Very nice.

          I wouldn't call that bling.

To me, that's doing something to the car that Ford should have done.

Why Ford thought the LS deserved dash trim but the TBird did not beats me. (Guess I could ask the same question about the on-board message center.)

            I agree with Jerry!
It does look nice and Ford should have done it that way from the start.

I agree that Ford should have done that.... looks great, Those future "collectors " are going to think that birds without dash kits were the "strippo" models from the factory

Well Mark it is about time you maned up and gave Annie a break, it looks very cool and I agree those mods should have been done in the factory, but then again what would you have to do in your spare time?

Loved the new mascot............The A&W Rootbear a fav of mine too. Although, I hear he is a bit of a perv so keep him away from the Boopster!

Drive it like you stole it !!!
