I saw a CASHmere today at Kamms Corners Cleve Oh

The plate was EDCEL, not sure what that was all about but did wonder if it was a ref to EDSEL... FAIL!

It was a decent Ford but it was introduced in a horrible recession year for car sales. The 1958 model year was a disaster for most makes and being a little odd looking (it was actually fairly conservative for 1958) and intended for a saturated price point did'nt help sales.

Bruce; here's an unusual one. Hard to believe there were 900 built as police cars

Never owned any of those on the list. My brother had a TR7...so much road noise you could hardly think and real exciting when the throttle would hang up in wide open position. It finally met it's demise when a very large oak tree fell on it during a hurricane. He took the insurance money and bought a new F150

Reminding me of my 72 MGB... the one with the undersized Crank Journals & oversized Crank Bearings, the Positive Ground Lucas Electrics, the Carbs that drank Marvel Mystery Oil... oh what FUN~!
