It would be interesting to know what happened to it and the associated engine management and supercharger, but at around $70,000 I have a feeling that I already know.

Look, it's your car, and you can do whatever you want to do with it.

            But,

            iT'S NOT A Corvette or a Mustang GT/Shelby/Boss 302, whatever.

If I wanted one of "them", I would not have bought the Tbird in the first place. I would have bought one of "them".

As for me, I'm completely satisfied with a quiet, very quick, boulevard cruiser.

I agree with Jerry 100%. Seems like we have gone over this subject a lot. I think the majority of us are satisfied with the Tbird without having to try to make it into something it can never be. Like Jerry said, it's your car, so you can do what you want, but if you want high performance, your money would be better spent on buying another car - you would be more satisfied in the long run I think.

I have a 1965 Cobra replica that i built myself 100%(bodywork and paint yet to be done) with a 429, 30 over 11 to 1's crane cam, ported heads, etc and i have lots of hot rods of all makes that i built over the years. I never found any true car enthusiast who did not either modify his car or at least think about it. For those that like stock, that's just fine with me, but don't put down people who have the ability to build their own and strive for something better. I simply asked if anyone had ever seen one of these bird's. Randy

                  You are 100% correct.

To answer your question, no, I haven't.

Sorry, I got carried away. So many posts have been done about the possibility of supercharging the retro tbird that I read something into your post that wasn't there. I've got pictures of it, read about it, but never seen one.

There is only one to see and that one sold to someone several years ago when Saleen put it up for auction. Dont know where it went. It was never in my line of sight.
