Looks identical to the one I special ordered back in 2001! Beautiful car. With that low of miles, it could bring upwards of $20K?! ...at least, that's my guess.
Whatever it brings, the owner lost money and didn't have any fun with the car.
2010 Explorer Limited Edition, tri color white, camel interior
2003 TBird black/saddle
1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL conv't turq/black
2004 Lincoln LS 8 Sport light tundra metallic/medium stone
I too say 25-30 range. That few miles could lead to issues later. Hopefully it will be a display only car. Hope the seller didn't buy this as an investment. They buyer will do much better than the seller.
$27,000 to $33,000 price range. Those that are marketed via the internet are likely asking about $36,000 +/- with that kind of low mileage. Keep in mind that 2002's are the most abundant per model year of the retros; so I'll say that you'll see the lower end of the price range. One caveat is that there would be a few bidders that must have such a pristine specimen, they'll bid it up to a market abberation.
Me likey.
I'd buy it if I wanted another one and not worry about TOO low of mileage.
IMHO age seems to determine what wears out more than mileage.
At 3,100 (& years old ) the rear stabalizer and tie rod ends needed replacing as the rubber seals deteriorated at a cost just shy of $600.00
You get a whole new assembly not just the ends.
Prev. only the battery and thermostat have needed replacing.
The brake fluid and coolant has been changed only.
We should ALL hope this car goes for a very high number. I'll be watching.
There is one in Jax, an '04 with less than 6K miles on a lot for 25,900 and am sure 24 or less would buy it. Location of car is also a big factor in the price. More cars cheaper price.

I am always amazed how much the dealer charges for what are basically very easy repairs. A few weeks ago, I had my independent mechanic replace the front and rear inner and outer tie-rods, stabilizer links and since all the wheels would be off, the brake pads front and rear. The 'Bird was alligned after the work. I ordered all the parts from my Ford dealer a week in advance and my independent mechanic charged less than 1/2 what Ford does. Next service will be the transmission flush but that has to be done at the dealer as it requires a special pumping machine. That will cost around $250.00.
