    Back in 2002 there was a thread, “The Future”, that talked about a possible Thunderbird hover car, that Tbird Tim thought could be around by 2052. --- http://www.thunderbirdnest.com/forum...ight=Hover+car

            The future... just a couple a days ago, my two youngest daughters (age 7 & 11) were watching an episode of the old 1960's Jetsons cartoons. And it suddenly occurred to me that many of the futuristic gadgets portrayed in the cartoon are now a reality. Take for instance, two way audio-visual communication via the internet and i-pod etc., etc. Try to go on vacation and your boss is yellin' at you via a computer screen.
