Probably a lot of duplication, but here's more.

                        Spence,

This one could be an added value if you would like to remove your CD radio. I used it to
remove it and fix it on my own.

Re: For the DIY people Out There

Hi fellow Birders. I have had my 2004 black bird since 2006, and love the car. I had two Lincoln LS's before that, so knew it would be a great car. I have had no problems except the COP situation which many have experienced. (I had the same problem with both Lincolns) I was fortuniate in that Ford replaced all 8 of the COP's under warrenty.

I have a new problem now, and hope that some of you can help. I finally had to replace the original battery in the Bird. I bought a new battery from my Ford dealer, and replaced it, with minor skinned knuckles, and very little cursing! The problem: you know how when you open the door, the window drops about a half inch to let the door open, and then goes back up when you close the door, in order to make a tight seal. well, all was working fine until I replaced the battery. After reconnecting the battery, the window drops, when opening the door, but then won't go back up when the door is closed. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
