Our Cashmere's Museum Stay

The Kansas City Automotive Museum invited our local Thunderbird club, Vintage Thunderbirds of Kansas City (VTKC) to display for the month of January. The concept is to display Thunderbirds from each of the "design eras". While we didn't completely fill the bill due to salty roads and late notice, we do have 6 really nice Thunderbirds on display. Our 50th Anniversary Special Edition "Cashmere" is representing the Retrobird era.

If you are in the KC area come by and see some cool Thunderbirds and the regular exhibits. If you can't, here are a few pics.

Nice display, Robert...thanks for sharing..... Nothing like an indoor exhibit, especially with good lighting.... I hope one day I can put my Retro in an indoor show.

I think the local club represented the Thunderbird pretty well. Some beautiful photos of some beautiful cars. Glad you were able to be a part of it Robert.

I own a private museum and display CVCashmere there. However, My wife makes me turn the garage light off at night.

Will be visiting the museum this Saturday. I'll post more pics to this thread if I get anything good. There might have been one more T-Bird brought in since I was last there.

Our Cashmere's museum stay has come to an end and our T-Bird is back in our garage once again. I do have some photos to share, though. First, the 55 that arrived after my first photos were taken...
