Vintage style V8 fender location

Has anyone tried different locations for the V8 emblem? I am open to thoughts on the three basic locations that I have pictured.

Mine are like #2 only without the second one. The 02's didn't come with anything on them.

Here are some on my car for comparison purposes. Pretty close to what you are showing in position one. Needless to say that had my vote.

Can't get the attachment to work. I guess I have used them in the past.

To me any of the 3 is ok since they aren't original, but 2 is probably the one that looks most like it belongs there.

This is how I did it. Having both V8 emblems seems redundant IMO

I'd put them where the current emblems are.
