Funny thing when I go to TBC website they now require a log in. NO phone numbers are offered. STRANGE When I put in my email I was told that I'd get a new password...nothing came???

You now have to log in to see the page -I'm not a member. I did see where someone is not happy with not receiving their purchase, and not being able to get a response is filing with the BBB and state attorney office. This doesn't sound like Aaron at all, I also hope he's OK.

After reading the above few posts, I opened the Thunderbird Concepts website and was surprised that everything worked and displayed just fine. Hummm...no problems here!

I ordered something last week and received it within a few days. A friend ordered something six weeks ago and has not received the item and is not getting a response from them.

Yes, you can get on the web site and look around. Try to email or call them. They do not answer emails or call you back on the phone. Phone number is 800-206-1966. I have tried many, many, times.

Regarding the "Yelp" reviews, I've seldom seen any good reviews for car dealers, suppliers, etc. One of those situations wherein only complainers post; fans don't bother.

But reading this thread is disconcerting. I've always had good experiences with them in the past, but have not done any business with them recently.

Aaron hasn't visited this site since last August. That strikes me as strange for someone in the Thunderbird business. I hope that he's not experiencing health issues.
