Show me your Whitewalls

It's that time again. My 2003 will need new shoes soon. Wondering if those that have put whitewalls on their cars can post some pictures. My personal preference now is to get 3/4 inch to 1 inch W.W.'s. I am looking for more of a 60's "Rocket Bird" look than a 50's wide WW look, but I would like to see what others have used to help me decide. Many thanks!

I liked these medium size whitewalls with the chromed 16 spoke wheels when I saw them on Jens' car in France during the Euro Thunder event.

Those look like 16 spoke 2005 wheels that have been chromed. 17 inch.

They are the 2004/2005 wheels that have been chromed. I was surprised to see them on Jens car. This was back in 2010 and at that time not a lot of folks had the chromed 16 spokes (still don't for that matter). Obviously, they would not have come on the car since it is a 2003 Desert Sky Blue. The car was imported to Germany and he bought it from a dealer there.

I do not and I feel Jens would not either as I'm pretty sure they were on the car when he got it. I'd guess they are about 1/2 inch. You might give Coker Tire in Chattanooga, TN a try as they specialize in vintage looking tires.

At one point Vogue made a similar tire but they stopped production.

That was done by the dealer prior to sale. I didn't know that until later.

Several pictures of that car in my gallery. As you noted, it has NM wheels. It also has a chrome hood scoop, 4 inch exhaust extensions on the OEM exhaust system, Led exterior lighting, double din radio with navigation and backup camera, and painted to match chevrons on the front fenders. I am looking to add an inside windshield molding from an 04 or 05 to get the homelink system. I'll also upgrade the rear view mirror to add auto dimming and compass. Just need to find the parts at a price that fits my budget.
