Re: Changing a Partial White Interior to a Full White

All white seats look good against the all black interior of the Bird. As posted I would use a warmer shade of white that compliments the creamy Whisper White.

My white door panels are vinyl paint and the white leather is all from used cashmere seats.

I was told that the paint color can be matched. Just need the color number from the door.

My plan is to match the white leather of my current seats on the door panels, lower dash and console, creating the full white interior that Ford never offered in 03. The 007 door speakers actually match my seats well.

There maybe a paint color number for it. My 02 yellow interior is the same paint number as the exterior.

If you have the money, anything is possible. I would have everything possibly covered in top grade leather. The Tbird has way to much hard plastic in the interior. I had the door panels covered with leather, I had the ribbed area padded, really made a change in making the car feel more high end. Should have come from Ford this way.

Try leatherseats.com. They can customize your leather seating.

I think you will find the original white is a brighter white than the whisper white, It is "ok" with the white inserts from the factory, but I have noticed it is not the best match, I think the full interior done in that color will be a terrible match

Good comments all! My conclusion would be to go with all new leather in a color that blends
well with WW. When my original seats become shabby, I will probably go with a complete redo of the interior. For now, I will keep it "Factory".
                    Thanks for all the input!!

                      Doubutsu,

I'd love to see some pictures of the interior done in leather.

This is exactly what I'm wanting to do. We're getting into Aston Martin "class" interior finishes. A real credit to the car.
