  • Dallas World of Wheels/Autorama

Walked both buildings of Dallas World of Wheels/Autorama today and have to report not one Thunderbird was displayed. No earlys, no squarebirds, no bulletbirds, no retros, nothing. It was disappointing.

Mustang club was there. Cougar club was there. Handful of custom old Fords. But no Thunderbirds.

People seem to have lost interest in Thunderbirds.

More likely lost interest in shows. I certainly have.

The classic T-bird club lost interest in the show several years ago.

Think about it. You're a beautiful Thunderbird nestled away in the comfort of your climate controlled garage. Your owner opens the garage door, removes your cover, fires you up, and takes you out on the open road. Would you really want to spend the rest of your day with a bunch of Mustangs?

Gene, I may put my car in the show next year. Had bad experiences at two shows last year with local Sam Pack Ford/North Texas Mustang Club. May do Autorama just because...

Good. Your car is certainly worthy.
