  • Singing River / Tom Hendrix

For those of you that were able to attend Singing River Thunder in the Shoals, I wanted to share of Tom Hendrix's passing. He was the one who told his great great grandmothers story at "The Wall". I know Monty and I have had a lot of positive feedback from our visit with him. Many of you purchased his book and told us of how you enjoyed it. We are glad that he was able to be a part of our event. He will be missed by many.

I'm sorry to hear this. He was an interesting man to listen and talk to. Another part of history gone.

Sorry to hear this. Rosetta really took a liking to him, because she said he looked a lot like her grandfather.

So sorry to hear this, the story of his family and his incredible mission of building the wall is truly amazing. Feel so fortunate to have experienced meeting and talking with him. We were hoping to return and spend time at the wall again, and will . His spirit is at rest.

The Wall -- an amazing story from an interesting fellow who followed his own calling. I'm glad we had the opportunity to meet him & hear his story. Shari bought 2 different titles from him & of course we're glad she did. ---Will
