I have this poster framed and hanging in the garage. Frits did a great job on it, just like every project he was involved in.
The poster is bitter sweet in that it reminds us of wonderful friends, but at the same time it's sad to remember that we've lost so many of them in one way or another.
21 years, 174K miles, 48 States X 2 & DC, 9 Canadian provinces, 8 European countries, 3 Caribbean Islands, 3 Hawaiian Islands, 100+ National Park locations, 150+ T-bird events, 190+ retrobird diecasts/models, 13 TOTM pics & some very special friends...THANKS TBN !
The poster was made in 2008 by FritsB from photos posted in members' galleries here on TBN. Frits (from the Netherlands), made the poster and it was sold thru TBN's store - a sold out edition.
If you haven't posted photos of your car to your TBN gallery yet, get started now. Something is coming soon.
Bird is the word..... Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats. H. L. Mencken US editor (1880 - 1956)
Wow, a very young Blingbird in the top left corner.... just had the wire wheels as the starting point towards a fun transformation. Thanks for reminding me of this very special poster.
