  • Splash guards

While searching for splash guards I ran across Mike Whitmoyer's web site.
(craigwhitmoyer.com/2002.htm) I purchased a set of four (4) splash guards including six (6) new plastic rivets that were trimmed and pre-drilled perfectly to fit my '04 bird. This also included Installation instructions/guidelines that where very helpful. All this for $24.00. I am very pleased with the guards and I'm sure you will be also.

First of all welcome to the nest. There are other threads on this same item (subject)...But probably under "mud flaps". A lot of us have them

I have been using Mikes for a few years now. I put them on in the fall and take them off in the spring. Work and fit real well.

thats nice that they are removeable... I don't think that mudflaps are such an issue with the weather here in cali, but for those cross country trips, it would be nice to have that protection!

                Rob:

I bet you have the only new TB in Coal City. In the late 70's I lived in Ottawa and used to motorcycle around the countryside and occasionally stopped in your fair metropolis (lol) for a cold one.

                  Re: Splash guards

Just put my splash guards on. Got them from Mike Whitmoyer also. Easy to install. I trimmed mine down some to get that "stubby" look and all went well. Only cost $28.95 which included shipping to Texas. Seems like a great guy to do business with.

This post is five years old! Are Mike Whitmoyer's mud flaps still available?
