3Y101937 was a company/executive vehicle, a 007, built 1/8/2003 for the California market.
This is getting very interesting Harry. Not quite ready to bet the family farm but, VIN 1934 is s/n 004, 1935 is ? , 1936 is s/n 006, 1938 is s/n 008 and 1939 is s/n 009. Could it be that this VIN 1937 is the elusive " s/n 007 "?
Also in this grouping, we do not know if VIN 1935, 1940 , 1941 and 1942 were 007's but 1943 is s/n 13 and 1944 is s/n 14
Could someone have been paying more attention for this small group of 007 Birds.? There seems to be a run from 1934 to 1944 if they were all '007's . Also, s/n 007 would have been a nice gift for some executive.
Thanks for your time on this Harry. Hope I am not boring you.

Not at all boring me, I enjoy the chase too.... it looks like you are on to something Martin, I never noticed this before but every VIN from 3Y101931 thru 3Y101955 are 007s. After that run of 25 the VINs skip up to 3Y102554 and are random thereafter. I'll let you check to see if these 25 VINs coincide with the first 25 number plaques.

Dot: Any of this info help bring your list up to date or shed a bit more light ?

It sure looks like you've got something Martin, using the theory that the 25 in a row were destined for VIPs with sequential numbers here is what the plaque numbers for them should be... There's six confirmed matches so far.
Now that we are pretty darn sure the #007 car was VIN 3Y101937 it should be easier to find out who has it. If you have the VIN doesn't Oasis show the owner? . . . .
Re: Get build information on your 2002-2005 Thunderbird.
Harry: VIN 1934 is s/n 004. I show a Jerry Erlin, Palm springs, Ca. in 2003. Hope this list assumption is correct and we don't end up with a monkey wrench in the list of 25. I am not sure what Oasis is as I have never used that search engine.
Do not have any others that I forwarded to Dot for her list other than s/n 004.

Harry: Could I bother you for the complete VIN for 3Y101937.

ps. Got an extra '1 ' in the list above.
Should be 1FAHP62AX3Y101937
I got curious about the list and "Googled" the VINs for all of them. Usually this yields at least a few hits. For most of the VINs in the list, there would only be the one autocheck "look up your VIN" website. I did run the VINs past CARFAX to see if the cars had history records (but no way I was going to pay for the actual reports). Most had many records. One only has 2 - I think it must still be owned by a dealer. Another only had 4. Maybe an idividual owns it, but that seems unlikely. A few had actual web site hits. One was on a web site that auctions wrecks (1FAHP62A83Y101936) At least two others were for sale at some point on dealer websites (I assume they have been sold). And there were seceral that had links to CARFAX Gaurantee Certificates. This indicates someone ran a CARFAX report on them. I think the lack of web hits for these vehicles indicate they are not often sold.
