For 2002-2005 only four were ordered as red carpet lease. Many more of these would have been ordered as dealer stock and later went on the Red Carpet Lease. 778 went out on the company lease plan for executives (Superintendents and above). Legacy F-M/Hertz bought 54 for lease and the Hertz Corporation bought 1,192. Many more were sold as "Fleet" vehicles which may or may not have wound up as rental cars.

It appears this car was company owned and Executive used in it's early months of life. For dealer name this car has "Unassigned Production - Memo," Detroit, MI. Did you buy it new? I worked at Ford and tried to snag an 007 numbered 15 or under, for another member (DavidA I think), and couldn't do it.

I bought the car from Lexus Of Henderson, Henderson, NV on 2/29/2012. I was told a lady traded it and another car in on a new Lexus. According to a paper they gave me, her name is Joyce A Reed. I do not think she bought it new from what the salesman told me. I found the car surfing the internet which I do too much. When I saw it was #15, I called them and flew out and bought it. It had 42,402 miles on it when I picked it up and drove it back to Woodstock, GA.
