Interesting data you supplied as the registered selling date in original paperwork is 06.29.2006. And it comes with red hard top.

I don't think cars used by Ford Motor are titled or registered until they are sold to someone outside the company, that would be your 6/29/2006 date. If you have much original paperwork from that transaction it should show several thousand miles on the odometer.

The car left the factory without a hardtop, your hardtop was acquired later. Hardtops were in short supply in 2005 and Ford offered all salaried superintendents and above a great lease price provided they did not get the hardtop. The hardtop shortage was the primary reason Ford did not build the planned 2006 model Thunderbird. The hardtops were made by an outside vendor that went bankrupt.

The one of 33 means there were only 33 cars built like yours. Yours does not have the SST (select shift transmission), that, and the no-hardtop are the main reasons yours is so rare.
