If you don't find a plaque affixed inside the glove box, either on the lid or at the front inside bottom of the box, you may have been stuck with the whims of a previous owner. I had contact with one in the US (Ohio or Pennsylvania or a nearby state) who assumed her dealer had put that plaque in her glove box and in a haughty move, removed it. I would doubt that she still has that car. Is yours originally sold in the US or in Canada?
It's also possible that the previous owners didn't know about the plaque and it may still be covered with a white sticker with a bar code on it. (that has happened, too!) If that's the case, then just remove the sticker. Save the sticker if you keep mementos.
btw, There are no replacements as there is NO record of which PCR got which #. Part of the reason we keep track of the serial #s on this site. The plaques were numbered from 1 to 1000.
