As stated in previous post I have created a serious problem with The Little Red Bird when over charging. I am almost positive modules have been effected and the task at hand is going to be troublesome, time consuming, and expensive. At the present one thing that was not effected is the windows going down each time the doors where opened, now they are all the way down and will not go up. Have switches out and am trying to hot wire and get windows up. Am not sure what wires I need to make contact with, any help would be appreciated.

When the windows won't go back up, you mean the buttons will not bring the windows back up? Spouse had to replace the window actuator to get ours to work again. Window actuator is in the door. That is assuming your battery is in working condition now.
Do you have a set of two workshop manuals for your 2002 Thunderbird... and the electrical manual to go along with them? handy volumes to have on hand. watch ebay for a set to come up for sale if you don't have them.Limited Edition databases for 007 msg..#26 , PCR sticky, and Cashmere msg.#64

Thanks to all, going to let the Little Red Bird rest until my mine has settled on how to get it back up. I fell it is more then one module and a dealer will sock it to me also I guess some of the modules would have to be set at the dealer. I will trace electrical modules and fuses from the back to the front.

I searched on e-bay and had several choices. I spent $140 for both books(the electrical book I would call a supplement. They are very complete, but keep in mind they were written for professional mechanics. Another thought is its possible mechanics at a Lincoln dealer would be more familiar with our cars since they are nearly identical underneath to the 00 to 06 Lincoln LS. They have seen a few of those.
