I haven't kept up with the caravans, but I know there are several cars coming west through Houston on IH-10. If you don't get a response here you should repost this on the Texas Thunder thread.
How many of those birds are you going to drive to Texas Thunder? We'd like to see them all. LOL!
We are driving to The Woodlands north of Houston on Sat 5/7 to visit close friends there, will be heading to TT on Weds 5/11, it would be fun to caravan from Houston with others, let us know your plans.

If you are heading north on I45 to SH105 or SH30 through Navasota, Brenham, Giddings, Bastrop, San Marcos, and hit I10 to Kerrville in Comfort, I'll join you in Navasota or Huntsville if your taking SH 30 to avoid SH 105 traffic. (If new grand-daughter arrives at an appropriate time - Should know next Tuesday)
Since I'm in Houston I-10 and 610 North I'm planning to go I-10 West. To go to the Woodlands would be heading North for at least an hour, so that's an hour I could be heading West. Maybe someone else near Houston going West on I-10 Wed. or passing through Houston.
Thanks
Marty

We're going I-45 S to I-610 W to I-10 W on to Kerrville. Really didn't expect anyone to head up to The Woodlands to meet. Best place to meet probably is in the I-610/I-10 vicinity. Not sure of times yet.

Just Googled drive time from my house (5 mins) to I-10 to Columbus, they say about 67 miles 1 hour 10 mins from 610 West Loop and I-10 to Columbus. Would leave my house at 8:30 (hate to be late). Maybe we could meet somewhere for lunch then head out.
John do you have a place in mind to meet?
Thanks
Marty

I just returned from a trip overseas and didn't know if I would make it back in time for the rally. If I can get a plan together, I would like to join the Caravan. I live inside the 610 loop and would be heading up I-10. I am still working and I haven't cleared all this with my wife yet. Hopefully, I will know the plan by next Monday.
