I'm being sued because I refuse to pay full price for my new counter...there are things wrong with it and they wouldn't budge on the $6200 price. So I said, "Take me to court." and they did. A producer from Judge Joe Brown emailed me a couple weeks ago and asked if I wanted to have him hear the case. Sure, why not...especially even if I lose I win since they (jjb) pay all damages.

I gained 20 lbs in the past year, I hate what I'm wearing, but hey! they're gonna pay.

I just saw this....I'm just up the coast in Half Moon Bay. When are you leaving, maybe I can get a couple of us out to meet you.
Yea, weather's been crappy, at least you'll have sunshine from today on.

I'm in Hollywood right now, yet will be home tonight. I'll check here tomorrow.

We are here until Feb. 17. It would be fun to get together. Hope it can work out.

David: Most of the time will be spent in the Santa Cruz, CA area as we are spending time near our daughter and her family. We have a little condo at Capitola, CA about 2 blocks from the beach.
Then we will go down to San Diego for a week and then maybe to Las Vegas for another week .
We may go home on 40 and make a stop at the Grand Canyon for a few days.
We're up to 24400 miles.. don't think we'll catch up with you on this trip.

I am not too far from Santa Cruz (about an hour), when you get there give me a pm and we will see if we can get together.

Frank, you and I can drive down in a mini-caravan. Maybe do lunch on the wharf. You decide.

We left Monday morning and stayed in Memphis monday night. Tueday we made it to Abilene,TX. Yesterday we made it to here in Las Cruces,NM. We're hoping to make it to San Diego this evening. So far it's been a great trip and great hotels. Gas has been about $3.40 a Gal. average, but last night I saw it here for $3.05, I hope it's still the same this morning. In Abilene it was $3.19 at a near by station when we checked in but the next morning it was $3.39. What I liked most about Texas, 80 MPH speed limit. Leroy

P.S. So far we've only seen one TBird.

Ed sounds like you are having a good time. I bet you are loving having the T-bird with the top down potential of southern California. Be sure and post some pictues of the places you see during your trip.

We'll have to get together sometime in March after you get back home. You know Rosetta doesn't need much of an excuse to go to Branson.
