That's true, Rick. The problem is finding one that you can trust to pay out. The industry as a whole has a poor reputation. That's why most people go with Ford's ESP.

True Ford ESP is not the only extended warranty available, but if you compare the service and the cost, you're better off with Ford, plus if you're traveling and have a problem there's a Ford or Lincoln dealer in just about every city in the USA that will honor your warranty.

Sorry, I misunderstood that point. And no 2K2Bird I'm not a ESP Enthusiast. But I know when a car is 15 years old and I'll be 75, I will not need any more problems than I might already have. I feel I would've had my enjoyment out of it and it will be time to pass it on to a younger enthusiast. Meanwhile, I'll try to keep it in excellent condition and enjoy it as much as I can.

I'm seeking a new contact to extend my expired ESP as soon as possible!

I purchased the first from Member Lou in 2012 and thought I was good for 48 months but I was wrong as my contract was up 5/23/15. The mileage is still under 11,000! I had oil service at local dealer 2 weeks ago and surprised no alert about warranty. Thanks for any info.
